**Description:** ---------------- Servinform, a BPO Services Company, is incorporating a team of Teleoperators for a fixed-duration project to inform and guide self-employed workers regarding a procedure related to their social security contribution regime. * Main responsibilities: * Information about the approval of a new law. * Receiving calls. * Resolving basic inquiries. * Recording activity in the system. WE OFFER: * TEMPORARY contract of 1 month * Start date: last week of July * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday * Fixed working hours: 8:30–17:30 or 9:30–18:30 * Salary: €17,139 gross/year (€1,428.25 gross/month) * 2-day training program. * Contact Center Collective Agreement.
