Industrial Painter – ESTRIMEC At ESTRIMEC, S.L., a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of industrial machinery, we are seeking to hire an Industrial Painter for our workshop team. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for surface preparation and painting of parts, structures, and machine assemblies, ensuring high-quality finishes while adhering to the company's established standards. Surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, degreasing, and preliminary preparation. Application of industrial paint using spray guns and other systems. Painting of parts, structures, and machine components. Preparation and mixing of paints according to specifications. Visual inspection of finishes and correction of possible defects. Maintenance and cleaning of tools and work area. Compliance with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Prior experience as an industrial painter. Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application. Experience with spray painting equipment is desirable. Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. Responsible, meticulous, and committed to work quality. Experience in the industrial machinery or metal fabrication sector will be valued. * MIDDLE-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION (FP) * Competencies / knowledge: CFGM in Bodywork or equivalent * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '2000' * Other relevant information: 14 annual payments, to be agreed upon based on experience
