Veolia designs and implements solutions for water, waste, and energy management, contributing to the sustainable development of cities and industries. **Job Description** Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its energy services division, seeks to hire an HVAC Maintenance Technician \- Facility Control for the San Blas area of Madrid. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring the proper operation of facilities via the control system, responding urgently to alerts and alarms. * Verifying the building’s control system response according to its assigned variables. * Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks using the GMAO Prisma system. * Receiving telephone alerts and forwarding them to the appropriate technical department based on their origin. * Completing building control sheets and reporting incidents. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Salary commensurate with professional experience and qualifications * Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (Morning, Afternoon, Night) If you are interested in participating in the selection process, please apply here!
