The challenge You will join the SAT team and be responsible for managing preventive and corrective maintenance services across various clients in the Community of Madrid. We seek someone capable of analyzing an incident, identifying its root cause, and resolving it autonomously. Your day-to-day responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Diagnosis and repair of HVAC system failures. Leak detection and refrigerant leak repair. Brazing of refrigeration piping. Compressor and other component replacement. Intervention on direct expansion (DX) and air-water systems. Diagnosis of refrigeration, electrical, and electromechanical issues. Resolution of incidents in control and power electrical panels associated with HVAC equipment. Execution of preventive maintenance in compliance with RITE and applicable regulations. Commissioning and verification of installations. SAT service request management and efficient routing. Digital preparation of work reports. Management and control of materials available in the vehicle. Compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) procedures and environmental regulations concerning refrigerants and waste. Essential requirements for this position: At least 5 years of experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair. Valid F-Gas handling certificate without charge limit. Proven experience diagnosing faults in refrigeration circuits. Ability to replace compressors autonomously. Experience repairing refrigerant leaks and brazing refrigeration piping. Experience replacing and repairing HVAC systems. 20-hour PRL course specific to HVAC and/or electrical trades. Driver’s license category B. Autonomy, responsibility, and problem-solving capability.
