Your main responsibilities:
* You will **define and implement** the overall Human Resources strategy, directly aligning it with corporate objectives.
* You will **manage** the full talent lifecycle: attraction, selection, onboarding, development plans, and staff retention.
* You will **oversee** personnel administration, labor relations, and strict compliance with applicable legal regulations.
* You will **design** training plans, performance evaluation systems, compensation policies, and organizational culture initiatives.
* You will **provide ongoing advisory support** to the CEO and executive committee on people-related matters, organizational structure, and design.
Essential requirements:
* **Senior experience:** Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in HR leadership or high-responsibility roles.
* **University education:** University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field.
* **Technical knowledge:** Strong command of current Spanish labor legislation and people policy development.
* **Desirable profile:** Prior experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors will be highly valued, as will professional-level English proficiency.
Salary: €22,454.07–€66,547.22 per year
