Versatile Receptionist – 3★ Hotel (Calella, Costa de Barcelona) Hotel Miami · Calella, Barcelona \| Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract \| Rotating / Split Shifts **Who are we?** Hotel Miami is a family-run 3-star hotel with 140 rooms located on the Costa de Barcelona. Founded in 1963, we are currently undergoing a full renovation and will open the 2026 season with a refreshed and motivated team. **Your mission** You will be the first point of contact for our guests: welcoming them, managing check-in/check-out, resolving incidents, and providing local tourist information—ensuring a consistently positive and memorable experience. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reception or similar role * Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory); French, German or other languages are a plus * Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) * Strong communication skills, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, from September to October * Education in Tourism, Hospitality or related field (desirable) **What do we offer?** * Fixed-term intermittent contract **Start date: Spring 2026** * A friendly team atmosphere in a family-oriented, close-knit hotel environment * Internal training and onboarding support * Salary according to the Catalonia Hospitality Collective Agreement **Required languages** * Spanish – native or bilingual level (mandatory) * English – advanced level (mandatory) * French / German / others – desirable Job type: Full-time, Fixed-term intermittent contract Contract duration: 2 months Work location: On-site employment
