Main Responsibilities * Customer service and advisory support. * Opening and closing the hall according to established procedures. * Supervising the proper functioning of facilities. * Managing collections and payments in accordance with internal protocols. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and the overall appearance of the hall. * Compliance with current regulations and company procedures. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure an excellent customer experience. Requirements * Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar roles is desirable. * Strong communication skills and public interaction abilities. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and customer orientation. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (desirable depending on location).
