Main Responsibilities * Customer service and advisory support. * Opening and closing the hall according to established procedures. * Supervising the proper functioning of facilities. * Managing collections and payments in accordance with internal protocols. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and the overall appearance of the hall. * Compliance with current regulations and company procedures. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure an excellent customer experience.
