Look no further! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **· Daily service production and mise\-en\-place. Cleaning and portioning of meats and fish** **· Cooking in charcoal oven (Josper).** · Ensure the kitchen, as well as food and product storage areas, are maintained in perfect cleanliness and order. Comply fully with all HACCP regulations. · Read orders and understand instructions from the Head Chef. · Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. · Stock control, proper stock preservation using the FIFO system, and reporting when new products need to be purchased. · Collaborate with the front-of-house department to ensure smooth service at all times. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** **· Proven prior experience in à la carte restaurants, including cooking using charcoal ovens and grills** · Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change. · Active individual with a positive attitude and extroverted personality. · Extremely organized and clean in the workplace. **WHAT WE OFFER:** · Fixed-term intermittent contract. · Full-time schedule (40 hours per week) or part-time schedule (25 hours per week). · Two days off per week, recoverable overtime, and night-shift pay. · Work alongside a young and dynamic team.
