You will manage work teams, organize resources, and supervise service quality as well as key business performance indicators. You will also handle budget planning and monitoring, prepare management reports, and drive continuous internal process improvement. You will collaborate closely with other departments to advance projects, implement changes, and ensure smooth communication. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Requirements Strong team management skills, collaborative leadership, and task organization capabilities to effectively coordinate people and resources. Strategic planning ability, budget control, and results analysis, with goal-oriented focus and commitment to continuous improvement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with emphasis on teamwork and on customer and employee satisfaction. University degree in Business Administration and Management, Business Management, or related fields, or equivalent experience in positions of responsibility. Practical knowledge of office and management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project planning software, internal management systems).
