Gardening Construction Worker (Temporary Contract)

At Green Flowers, we are seeking a Gardening Construction Worker for a temporary contract in the Roche area (Conil de la Frontera), participating in the construction and landscaping of outdoor spaces for high-end gardening and landscaping projects. What will your responsibilities be? * Assisting with construction and garden-building tasks. * Preparing terrain and earthmoving. * Installing curbs, substrates, aggregates, and decorative elements. * Assisting with irrigation system installation. * Planting trees, shrubs, and grass. * Using basic gardening and outdoor construction tools and machinery. * Collaborating with the team across various phases of landscape architecture project execution. Requirements * Prior experience in gardening, construction, outdoor work, or fieldwork will be valued. * Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work. * Responsible, committed individual with a positive attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Experience operating gardening tools and machinery will be valued. * Valid driver's license.
