We invite you to join this mission as a **FLORISTRY INSTRUCTOR** at our inclusive training center. **Main responsibilities:** * Design and deliver the professional certification program. * Develop teaching materials, ensuring content is always adapted to individuals facing psychosocial vulnerability. * Design and assess activities necessary to ensure students assimilate both theoretical and practical content. * Lead the search for internship companies for students. * Support procurement and ordering processes related to your area of intervention. * Perform administrative tasks related to certification implementation (completing documentation, agreements, purchases, etc.). * Participate in student selection processes together with the employment counselor. * Provide support in cafeteria management when required. * Promote activities aimed at achieving future self-financing of the training program. * **What we offer:** * Part-time afternoon schedule (1:00 PM to 7:00 PM). * Start date: September 2026. * Location: Vicálvaro. * 30-hour teaching contract. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in the Agricultural field. * Certification authorizing instruction for Levels A, B, and C within the Professional Training system. * Two years of experience in floristry. * One year of teaching experience.
