To continue growing consistently, we are seeking a **FINANCIAL CONTROLLER**, with a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in management control, financial auditing, consulting, or economic\-financial departments. **Mission:** Contribute to the development and strengthening of EVERSIA’s financial and management control function by actively participating in budget planning and monitoring, cost and profitability analysis, and preparation of economically\-financially relevant information for decision-making. The selected candidate will report to the Administration and Finance Directorate and will hold a cross-functional position, maintaining regular collaboration with the company’s various operational areas. Additionally, the candidate will participate in improving administrative and financial processes, the internal control system, risk management, and the compliance system. **Key Responsibilities:** o Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and its periodic revisions, prepare year-end forecasts, and conduct monthly variance tracking. o Analyze industrial costs, margins, consumption, yields, and profitability by product, product family, customer, cost center, business line, or project. o Participate in the evolution of the company’s costing model and in improving criteria for allocating and distributing industrial costs. o Design, maintain, and automate dashboards, management KPIs, and economic\-financial reports. o Monitor the financial performance of investments and strategic projects, analyzing budget execution, variances, and year-end forecasts. o Support monthly and annual financial closing activities and prepare information for Management, auditors, advisors, and financial institutions. o Leverage data available in SAP FI/CO and other data sources, driving reporting automation through Business Intelligence tools, data processing, and artificial intelligence. o Analyze and improve management processes, identifying inefficiencies, operational risks, and opportunities for simplification, automation, and digitalization. o Execute and document internal controls and support the compliance system as well as internal and external audits. **Essential Requirements:** Education: University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting, or equivalent. Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in management control, financial auditing, consulting, or economic\-financial departments, performing duties related to reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, or internal control. **Technical Knowledge:** o Excel \- Advanced level, including financial modeling, advanced functions, pivot tables, and handling large data volumes. o Financial and management accounting. o Budgeting and preparation of economic\-financial forecasts. o Reporting and variance analysis. o Familiarity with automation tools, data analytics, and artificial intelligence applied to finance. **Preferred Qualifications:** o Experience with SAP FI/CO. o Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, or other Business Intelligence and process automation tools. o Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing company, especially in production cost analysis, inventories, consumption, yields, bills of materials, and margins. o Knowledge or experience in internal control systems, corporate risk management, internal auditing, or compliance. o English language: B2 level.
