From The imi Group, we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team. The imi Group is a leading group in leisure and hospitality in Ibiza. As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing the group's financial aspects, managing high-volume operations. This is a full-time position to be carried out on-site at our offices in Ibiza, Sant Antoni de Portmany. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise group accounting. * Carry out monthly closings. * Lead budgeting and financial planning processes, including KPI tracking. * Coordinate closing meetings with the operations team (USALI). * Manage and control budgets and cash flow. * Prepare and oversee all group tax filings. * Supervise the work of the accounting and administrative team. * Analyze results and make operational and strategic decisions aimed at maximizing profitability. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in systems such as Dynamics 365 or Business Central. * Knowledge of cost accounting. * Extensive experience with Excel. * Residency in Ibiza. **What we offer:** * Join a motivated team. * Immediate hiring. * Full-time schedule. * One-year contract.
