Experienced Lathe Operator/Milling Machine Operator

An industrial sector company located in the \*Orihuela\-Redován\* area is seeking to hire an experienced \*lathe operator\/milling machine operator\* with expertise in machining and component manufacturing. We are looking for a competent, proactive, and responsible individual capable of working autonomously and producing components either from technical drawings or from physical samples or specific workshop requirements. \#\# Main Responsibilities \- Manufacturing and machining of components on lathes and milling machines. \- Setup, calibration, and operation of machine tools. \- Interpretation of mechanical drawings. \- Measurement and verification of components using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection instruments. \- Repair, modification, and adaptation of existing components. \- Production of single components and small batches. \- Support in assembly, adjustment, and repair tasks for industrial machinery. \- Basic maintenance and proper use of workshop machines and tools. \#\# Required Profile \- Proven experience operating lathes and milling machines. \- Ability to interpret drawings and manufacture components accurately. \- Knowledge of tolerances, fits, and measurement systems. \- Autonomy in preparing and executing assigned tasks. \- Responsible, solution-oriented, organized, and committed professional. \- Availability to work on-site in the Orihuela\-Redován area. \#\# Preferred Qualifications \- Residence near the workplace: Orihuela, Redován, or nearby towns. \- Experience with conventional lathes and milling machines. \- Knowledge of CNC milling machines or lathes. \- Experience in industrial machinery manufacturing, repair, or maintenance. \- Knowledge of welding, mechanical assembly, pneumatics, or hydraulics. \- Ability to fabricate components from samples, sketches, or drawings. \#\# Offered Benefits \- Full-time employment contract. \- Intensive morning shift. \- Stable position. \- Opportunity to join an established and growing industrial sector company. \- Diverse work involving component manufacturing, repairs, and machinery projects. \- Positive working environment.
