**Elevator Repair and Modernization Technician \- LVS Ascensores** At **LVS Ascensores**, we continue growing and are looking to incorporate an **Elevator Repair and Modernization Specialist Technician** into our technical team. If you have extensive experience resolving complex malfunctions and executing modernization projects (both large-scale and minor interventions), we want you on board! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Diagnosis, identification, and resolution of **complex malfunctions** (electromechanical and electronic) across all types of lifting equipment. * Execution of **minor and major modernizations** (replacement of control panels, wiring, motors, automatic doors, guides, and improvements in accessibility or energy efficiency). * Commissioning of refurbished or repaired installations, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the company’s quality standards. * Adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations for each job site or intervention. **What qualifications are we seeking?** * **Prior experience:** Proven solid experience (minimum 3\-5 years) in elevator malfunction repair and modernization roles. * **Education:** Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electricity and Electronics, or a related field. * **Technical knowledge:** Thorough understanding of electrical schematics, electronics (frequency inverters), and various market-standard operating systems (multi-brand compatibility). * **Driver’s license:** Valid Class B license (mandatory). * Additional training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) for work at height and use of cutting/welding tools specific to the sector is desirable. **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** and job stability within an established company. * **Competitive salary**, negotiable based on merit and experience. * **Company vehicle** and advanced professional tools. * Continuous training provided by the company on new lifting technologies and operating systems. * Excellent working environment and strong career development prospects within the company. **Join LVS Ascensores with your expertise!** If you are seeking a new technical challenge where you can fully develop your potential in elevator repair and modernization, apply now.
