We continue to grow and are looking to welcome a person who wants to learn about three of our hotel’s departments from a 360-degree perspective. What will you do on a day-to-day basis during your internship? * You will participate in event quotations, i.e., you will be in contact with suppliers and/or clients via email and telephone. * You will support event coordination and the various groups interested in using our hotel’s spaces, organizing pre-event, event execution, and post-event activities. * You will track budgets sent to companies and/or individuals, resolving related queries and updating them accordingly. * There is also some administrative work related to events: generating reports, updating our systems, routing reservations, and issuing proforma invoices to clients and/or suppliers. * You will participate in site inspections with clients to verify that everything meets their needs, responding to queries and suggestions for improvement to ensure flawless service. Qualifications What do we need from you? * You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school/institution to cover a full-time internship (40 hours per week). (This is mandatory.) * Studies related to Protocol, Event Management, and Corporate Communications. * Advanced English proficiency (to be assessed during the interview). * Your attitude is most important: you must be curious, detail-oriented, and above all, a team player. * A passion for travel and the hospitality industry is a plus.
