We continue growing and are looking to bring onto our team a person who wants to get to know three of our hotel’s departments from a 360-degree perspective. What will you do on a day-to-day basis during your internship? * You will participate in event quotations, meaning you will be in contact with suppliers and/or clients both via email and telephone. * You will support event coordination and the various groups interested in using our hotel’s spaces, organizing pre-event, on-site execution, and post-event activities. * You will track budgets sent to companies and/or individuals, resolving related queries and updating them accordingly. * There is also some administrative workload related to events: generating reports, updating our systems, routing reservations, or issuing proforma invoices to clients and/or suppliers. * You will participate in site inspections with clients to verify that everything meets their requirements, addressing questions and improvement suggestions to ensure an impeccable service. Qualifications What do we need from you? * You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school/institution to cover a full-time internship (40 hours). (This is mandatory.) * Studies related to Protocol, Event Management, and Corporate Communication. * You must have an advanced level of English (to be assessed during the interview). * Your attitude is the most important thing: you must be curious, detail-oriented, and above all, a strong team player. * Enjoying travel and the hospitality industry is a plus.
