We are seeking an electromechanical area supervisor for a concrete industry company in Santa Coloma de Queralt. The appointed person will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical automation systems, PLC-controlled systems, as well as mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. They will also carry out scheduled preventive maintenance across the factory facilities and serve as a preventive resource for tasks requiring such support. Key responsibilities include entering work orders into the GMAO system and coordinating teams, leveraging prior experience managing personnel. This is a full-time position with 40 weekly hours distributed across rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or in a role similar to the one described. * We seek a responsible and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is considered an advantage. . Vocational training certificate (GM/GS) in Electricity, Industrial Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
