Flexible compensation: childcare voucher and private health insurance. **Description:** ---------------- At Gurpea, a solid company with over 20 years of experience, we are looking for an Electromechanical Technician to work at our client’s facility in Izarra (Álava), where you will join a specialized team providing services to industry-leading companies. **What will you do?** * Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair production machinery for rubber and plastic components, including electrical components on extrusion, injection, and vulcanization equipment, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections and controls on critical equipment (molding presses, mixers, extruders) to ensure operational continuity and reduce downtime. * Technical Improvements: Implement improvements to machinery and production processes to increase the efficiency and reliability of electromechanical systems on-site. * **What do we offer?** * Job stability and a permanent contract with a reference company delivering industrial technical services. * Professional development opportunities and continuous training on the latest technologies and sector trends. * Applicable collective agreement for the siderometallurgical industry. * 14 annual payments (12 monthly plus two extra payments in June and December). Salary according to the metalworkers’ collective agreement, between €28,000 and €32,000. * Flexible compensation: option of childcare voucher and private health insurance. * Working hours: Rotating morning and/or afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Industrial Mechatronics or equivalent. * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electronic Systems, Measurement and Control Systems. * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electronic Systems and Automation / Industrial Automation and Robotics. * PLC training is valued. *We continue evolving and growing daily to become a close-knit and flexible company.
