Job Summary: Six Senses Ibiza is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to maintain electrical systems, supervise technicians, and ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Highlights: 1. By embracing the Six Senses vision and values, I will deliver an exceptional guest experience and develop hosts to be the best they can be. ***Responsibilities*** As Electrical Engineering Supervisor, I will perform the following tasks relevant to this role: * Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems. * Locate and repair faults in distribution boards, lighting, and electrical circuits. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations. * Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation. * Support other technicians during general interventions. * Properly control, store, and handle all maintenance materials. * Supervise maintenance technicians in their daily tasks. * Participate in the development and implementation of specific maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with the procedures manual. * Conduct necessary tests to guarantee the safe and efficient operation of installations. * Care for and maintain facilities and machinery. * Collaborate with external installation and maintenance service providers when required. * Coordinate maintenance tasks with other departments. * Attend meetings and training sessions as required by managers. * Maintain and exceed Six Senses service and operational standards, including performance indicators and LQA standards. * Address guest feedback and expectations. * Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager or Director of Engineering. ***Qualifications*** To fulfill the role of Electrical Engineering Supervisor, I possess the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar or higher role within luxury hotels. * Valid professional qualification in electricity. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance tasks. * Team management capability. * Valid EU work permit.
