Job Summary: We are seeking an instructor or trainer with experience in medical emergencies to deliver online/blended modules of a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver online/blended training in medical emergencies. 2. Develop specialized teaching content and educational materials. 3. Provide academic follow-up and continuous assessment of students. We require the incorporation of an instructor or trainer to deliver modules of the Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Medical Emergencies in online/blended format, with knowledge and experience in the field of medical emergencies, medical transport, pre-hospital care, and the operation of emergency and urgent care services. The selected candidate will deliver content related to initial and specialized healthcare in emergency situations, patient evacuation and transfer, medical staffing, healthcare logistics, tele-emergencies, emergency plans, and foreseeable risk devices. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with: • Teaching experience in Vocational Training, healthcare training, professional certifications, occupational training, continuing education, or online teaching. • Professional experience in assistance ambulances, basic life support, advanced life support, emergency departments, coordination centers, or foreseeable risk devices. • Accredited training in BLS, AED use, mobilization and immobilization, trauma, mass casualty management, healthcare logistics, or emergency planning. • Knowledge of Catalonia’s healthcare emergency system. • Ability to plan didactic activities, monitor students, and conduct competency-based assessment in online/blended formats. • Availability to start on September 1, 2026\. * Diploma or Technical Engineering \- Nursing * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: Candidates must meet the following requirements: • Hold a qualification related to the healthcare or emergency field: Technician in Medical Emergencies, Nursing, Medicine, Civil Protection, Medical Transport, Emergencies and Civil Protection, or other related qualifications. • Possess the Official University Master’s Degree in Teacher Training, CAP, or equivalent teaching accreditation, where required by current regulations. • Demonstrate sufficient professional competence relevant to the modules to be delivered. • Have at least two years of professional experience in the healthcare sector linked to the Health Professional Family, in activities related to the learning outcomes of the cycle, especially in medical emergencies, medical transport, ambulances, pre-hospital care, emergency departments, healthcare logistics, tele-emergencies, or emergency coordination. • Possess sufficient digital competence for online teaching management, use of educational platforms, application of IT tools in training, and student monitoring in virtual environments. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2700' to '2785' * Additional relevant information: Regulatory requirements for the training to be delivered The training corresponds to the Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Medical Emergencies, within the Health Professional Family, established by Royal Decree 1397/2007 of October 29, and applicable current regulations. Main responsibilities • Deliver online and/or blended classes for assigned modules of the Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Medical Emergencies, in accordance with the established academic schedule. • Conduct theoretical and practical sessions for the following modules: 0052\. Preventive mechanical vehicle maintenance; 0053\. Healthcare logistics in emergencies; 0054\. Medical staffing; 0055\. Initial healthcare in emergency situations; 0056\. Specialized healthcare in emergency situations; 0057\. Patient evacuation and transfer; 0058\. Psychological support in emergency situations; 0059\. Emergency plans and foreseeable risk devices; 0060\. Tele-emergencies; and 0061\. Basic anatomy, physiology, and pathology. • Prepare, adapt, and update teaching materials, learning activities, and practical case studies linked to the professional context of medical emergencies. • Monitor students’ academic progress and support their learning process in online/blended format. • Grade assignments, practical cases, and assessment tests, applying the established criteria for continuous assessment. • Evaluate learning outcomes according to the cycle’s syllabus and record the corresponding academic documentation. • Coordinate with the cycle’s academic team, the pedagogical team, and the center’s management. • Participate in teaching meetings and group follow-up sessions. • Ensure compliance with quality, attendance, and administrative documentation standards for the training activity.
