The main responsibilities include attending to customers, promoting internet, fixed-line and mobile telephony services, and television content, as well as providing personalized advice on the features of each product. You will also present offers tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring a satisfying purchasing experience while working toward defined commercial goals. Additionally, you must maintain brand image at the point of sale, prepare detailed reports on commercial activities, and conduct post-sales follow-up to foster customer loyalty. Skills in acquiring new customers, sales closing techniques, negotiation, and handling objections are highly valued. Initiative, proactivity, and excellent communication skills are required to deliver high-quality sales and advisory services. The position includes a performance-linked commission system; therefore, we seek a candidate with strong commercial drive and enthusiasm for growth within a dynamic environment.
