We are seeking a sales assistant for a luxury store in Marbella, with a fixed-term discontinuous contract and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The working hours are rotating, including weekends and public holidays. Main responsibilities include delivering personalized and professional customer service, maintaining the store immaculately according to brand standards, managing the cash register and transactions, and assisting with merchandise receiving and inventory control. You will also support promotional campaigns, product launches, and special in-store events. Proactivity, adaptability, and strong customer orientation are highly valued. The base salary is €1.900 gross per month, plus variable incentives linked to the achievement of individual and team commercial objectives. At least one year of prior experience in sales or customer service is required, preferably in fashion, luxury, or retail sectors. Excellent communication skills and customer orientation are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team within a dynamic environment. We seek a proactive, organized, responsible candidate with a strong personal presence. Flexibility in working hours for rotating shifts is mandatory. Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management is required. Proficiency in English is mandatory to serve international customers. Knowledge of additional languages—such as French, German, Italian, Arabic, or Russian—is considered a strong asset.
