**Do you want to be part of the challenge?** * You will handle customer calls, providing professional advice and resolving inquiries related to orders, products, and services. * You will manage orders: verifying data and clearly communicating delivery timelines, order status, and incidents. Proactively track orders, anticipating potential delays or changes in delivery schedules. * You will resolve incidents and answer questions regarding orders placed through designated channels. * You will advise customers on the most suitable products according to their needs, contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction. * You will make outbound calls for commercial support campaigns and order status verification. * You will perform complementary administrative tasks, ensuring accurate updates of information in internal systems and compliance with established procedures. * You will collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, logistics, finance) to ensure rapid, coordinated responses to any incident. * You will contribute to continuous process improvement by proposing solutions that optimize customer service and operational efficiency. **What do we need from you?** * A university degree in Optics and Optometry. * Experience in telephone customer service within the optical sector. * Proficiency in using computer systems: you will routinely consult and update multiple software applications simultaneously. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy. * Ability to quickly and effectively resolve inquiries. * Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. * High level of organization. * Ability to multitask efficiently. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract – stability from day one. * ***This is a part-time contract of 30 hours per week (6 hours Monday–Friday), preferably in the afternoon shift, though rotating shifts Monday–Thursday are possible.
