




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Cost Controller for the Systems team, responsible for financial and budgetary control of the area, management of technology procurement, and supplier relationship management. We are now looking to hire an **IT Cost Controller** to join our **Systems** team to ensure financial and budgetary control of the area, manage the technology procurement lifecycle, and oversee supplier relationships—guaranteeing compliance with established processes, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs). **The selected candidate will perform the following duties:** * Control IT budget (OPEX and CAPEX), analyze variances, and prepare forecasts and reporting for management. * Manage the IT procurement lifecycle: requisitions, comparative analyses, preparation of RFP/RFI/RFQ documents, purchase orders, and ERP tracking. * Negotiate and manage technology suppliers, including contracts, commercial terms, and SLA compliance. * Supervise invoicing, inventory, and goods receipt, ensuring accurate cost allocation and resolution of incidents. * Develop and maintain IT department documentation and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance (ISO, audits, internal policies). * Support internal and external audits, as well as identification and monitoring of operational risks. * Prepare economic and technical reporting and documentation for projects, including initiatives such as R\+D\+i tax deductions. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in controller, procurement, or financial management roles, preferably within IT or technology environments. * Solid knowledge of budgetary control (OPEX and CAPEX) and cost analysis. * Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and contract monitoring. * Advanced proficiency in office tools and management systems (ERP or other financial systems). * Intermediate English level (B1\-B2\). * Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented individual with strong coordination skills and attention to detail. **WE OFFER:** * Plenergy offers multiple pathways enabling your professional growth. * Professional development plans including mentoring, as well as opportunities to participate in corporate projects across various departments. * Permanent employment contract. * An attractive compensation package. * Flexible working hours. * 100% on-site work mode. * Annual training plan, with access to the online Plenergy Academy platform, where you’ll find curated content and microlearning modules you can consume anytime and anywhere, driven by your own motivation. * Excellent, young, and dynamic work environment.
