Job Summary: PwC is seeking SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to participate in HR digital transformation projects, performing implementation, analysis, configuration, documentation, and support. System configuration across various SuccessFactors modules **Job Description & Summary** At PwC, we are looking to hire SAP SuccessFactors Consultants with experience in one or more modules to participate in HR digital transformation projects for leading organizations. * Participation in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, and evolutionary maintenance projects. * Analysis of business requirements and definition of functional requirements. * System configuration across various SuccessFactors modules. * Preparation of functional documentation (BBP, design, testing, training). * Execution of tests (unit, integration, and UAT). * Client interaction and support in decision-making. * Post-implementation support and incident resolution. * Collaboration in pre-sales activities and commercial proposals. Experience in one or more of the following modules will be valued: * **Employee Central (EC)** * **Employee Central Payroll (ECP)** * **Recruiting (RCM/RMK)** * **Onboarding** * **Performance & Goals (PMGM)** * **Succession & Development (Succession/CDP)** * **Compensation & Variable Pay** * **Learning (LMS)** * **Workforce Analytics / People Analytics** * **Integrations (SAP CPI, APIs, IAS/IPS)** ### **Languages** * **High level of English** (minimum B2/C1\).
