We are currently seeking Commercial Teleoperators with a strong sales-oriented profile, negotiation skills, commercial communication abilities, outbound calling experience, and client acquisition capabilities to join our insurance sales team. • Make outbound calls to potential customers to market insurance products. • Identify sales opportunities and offer products tailored to customers' needs. • Manage the telephone sales process, providing advice and resolving queries during the sale. • Meet established sales targets and follow up with potential customers. • Record and update commercial information in the system. • Contribute to expanding the customer portfolio through effective sales management. * Minimum 6 months of experience. • Commercial profile with results orientation. • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound commercial calling. • Motivation to work toward targets and achieve sales goals. • Proactive, dynamic, and organized attitude. • Availability to work part-time. * Competencies / knowledge: CRM * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (30 hours \- weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1095' to '1400' * Additional information of interest: We offer weekly schedules between 20 and 30 hours, morning or afternoon shifts, job stability, company-provided training, a positive working environment, and opportunities for career development within the commercial area.
