Job Summary: We are seeking Commercial Teleoperators focused on sales to market insurance products, make outbound calls, and acquire customers, with strong negotiation and communication skills. Positive work environment and development in the commercial area We are looking for Commercial Teleoperators with a clearly sales-oriented profile, possessing negotiation skills, commercial communication abilities, outbound calling experience, and customer acquisition capabilities to join our insurance sales team. • Make outbound calls to potential customers to market insurance products. • Identify sales opportunities and offer products tailored to customers' needs. • Manage the telephone sales process, advising and resolving customer queries during the sale. • Meet established sales targets and follow up with potential customers. • Record and update commercial information in the system. • Contribute to expanding the customer portfolio through effective commercial management. * Minimum 6 months of experience. • Commercial profile with a results-oriented mindset. • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or making commercial outbound calls. • Motivation to work towards targets and achieve commercial goals. • Proactive, dynamic, and organized attitude. • Availability to work part-time. * Competencies / Knowledge: CRM * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (30 hours \- weekly) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1095' to '1400' * Additional information: We offer weekly schedules between 20 and 30 hours, morning or afternoon shifts, job stability, training provided by the company, a positive work environment, and opportunities for growth within the commercial area.
