Job Summary: Supervises and operates robotic CNC machining centers, performs adjustments, in-line quality controls, and manual finishing in a dynamic and technical environment. Key Points: 1. Experience in operating CNC machines and quality control The position involves supervising and operating robotic CNC machining centers. Tasks include preparing and loading machines, changing tooling, and performing technical adjustments to maintain production flow. In-line quality controls are also conducted, including dimensional measurements using calipers, and manual finishing of parts via deburring with rotary tools where automated polishing does not reach. Finally, finished parts are placed on the conveyor belt. The work environment is dynamic and technical, featuring numerical control technology and robots. Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols are required. Constant machine monitoring is critical to prevent incidents and ensure efficiency. This position is based in an industrial plant in Zamudio, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Adaptability to this schedule and meticulousness in quality and finishing are highly valued. Prior experience in machining or manufacturing is an advantage for performing these duties effectively. Previous experience operating CNC machining machines or working in industrial manufacturing environments is required. Knowledge of quality control and dimensional measurement is essential. Ability to work rotating shifts and meticulousness in manual finishing tasks will be valued. No minimum educational level is specified, but demonstrable hands-on experience is prioritized.
