Opportunity to contribute to patient-centered care **Description:** ---------------- The selected candidate will join the Citizen Care Unit (UAC), reporting to the Head of UAC and Patient Experience. The person will be responsible for managing and analyzing information related to the experience of cared-for individuals, with the aim of contributing to a person-centered care model oriented toward continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze data and extract relevant information to deliver it to NPS teams, as well as information received by the UAC from patient complaints, suggestions, and expressions of gratitude. * Monitor actions arising from communications received by the UAC. * Analyze and identify improvement actions and propose corrective or preventive measures. * Prepare quarterly reports on analysis results and the implementation status of improvement actions. **Requirements:** ----------------- * University degree, preferably in Health Sciences (Bachelor’s, Diploma, or Licentiate) in Medicine, Nursing, Biomedicine, Medical Engineering, or related disciplines. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Data analysis skills and ability to use specific tools (Excel, SPSS, REDCap, artificial intelligence tools, and Business Intelligence platforms). * Catalan language proficiency at C1 level, with strong oral and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate or Master’s training related to the position: Bioethics, Patient Experience, Data Management, Sociology, Healthcare Quality, or similar fields. * Prior professional experience in similar positions and/or responsibilities. * Familiarity with the Althaia Foundation and the hospital healthcare setting. * Knowledge of the Catalan healthcare system. * Experience coordinating or participating in committees and working groups. * Interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate transversally across different teams. **Professional Competencies** * Organizational, planning, and autonomous capabilities. * Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. * Analytical capability. * Problem-solving ability. * Communication and liaison skills with various services and professionals. * Teamwork and collaborative capacity. * Responsibility, commitment, and initiative. * Motivation for continuous learning and professional development. **We Offer:** * Indefinite full-time contract (100%\-1620h/year) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, to be agreed upon with the unit head * Remuneration according to the SISCAT collective agreement * Ongoing training and professional career development * Start date: Immediate **Applicants:** Apply to the vacancy and attach an updated CV by June 15, 2026
