We are currently seeking a **Business Applications Technician** to participate in the implementation, evolution, and support of technology solutions focused on managing Urbaser Group’s treatment plants and environmental services. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Manage and coordinate business application implementation projects at treatment plants and across Urbaser Group operations. * Analyze processes and gather functional requirements from users and business areas. * Collaborate in the design, configuration, implementation, and deployment of new technological solutions. * Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Perform parameterization and functional adjustments on corporate applications. * Provide functional support to users and resolve incidents related to deployed tools. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and expand functionality through new modules or enhancements. * Coordinate integration of applications with other corporate systems. * Prepare functional documentation and training materials. * Deliver training and user support to key stakeholders to facilitate solution adoption. * Participate in national and international deployments of corporate tools. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in application or management system implementation projects. * Experience in industrial environments, treatment plants, or waste management is desirable. * Functional knowledge of management software, maintenance systems, ERP, or industrial operations solutions. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract and career development plan. * Competitive financial compensation and flexible remuneration plan. * Hybrid work model and flexible working hours. * The opportunity to work and learn alongside industry-leading professionals. * The opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly growing sector: sustainability and waste management. **Who are we?** At Urbaser, we are one of the world’s leading environmental solutions providers—a global company dedicated to enhancing the value of the planet’s resources to build a more sustainable future.
