We are seeking to incorporate a Billing Technician at our Jumilla (Murcia) plant. Billing Technician. What will your responsibilities be? In this position, you will be responsible for managing all documentation related to sales processes, ensuring accurate billing, control of delivery notes, and order tracking. You will collaborate closely with Treasury and Accounting departments to ensure payments are processed accurately and promptly. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Issuing invoices and delivery notes. Managing export documentation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Monitoring commercial charges and updating tariffs in management systems. Overseeing the customer lifecycle and managing sales platforms. Maintaining direct communication with customers to resolve queries regarding billing, shipments, and payments. What will make you successful in this position? The ideal candidate holds a solid background in administration or finance, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or a Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance or Administrative Management. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in billing, administration, or accounting departments is required, preferably including experience in electronic invoicing, coordination with logistics, and international clients. Intermediate-level English (B1) and proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite) and ERP management systems are essential. Knowledge of the SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información) and international trade invoicing requirements will be highly valued.
