Job Summary: We are seeking an automotive mechanic to detect faults and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including the use of diagnostic equipment. Use of diagnostic equipment to ensure proper operation We are looking for a professional to perform general vehicle mechanical tasks in Tineo (Asturias). Main responsibilities include detecting mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults, as well as performing routine preventive maintenance such as oil and filter changes. The position also covers repair of various automotive systems, including engine, brakes, suspension, steering, and transmission. Electrical components such as battery, alternator, and starting system must be inspected and repaired, along with the use of appropriate diagnostic equipment and tools to ensure proper vehicle operation after each intervention. Professional training in automotive mechanics and at least two years of prior experience in a similar role—demonstrating competence in electronic diagnostics—is highly desirable. A permanent full-time contract will be offered. Compensation will comply with the Collective Agreement for the Commerce Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
