Be part of a unique hotel project focused on well-being and sustainability We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and service-minded individual to join our team as a **Night Auditor / Night Receptionist**, under a **temporary contract covering maternity leave and childcare responsibilities**. You will be responsible for ensuring the hotel operates smoothly during the night shift, balancing guest service tasks with administrative control and closing duties. **Your main responsibilities will include:** ✨ **Operational Auditing and Control** * Perform daily reconciliation and verification of hotel operations. * Verify guest balances, charges, and transactions. * Execute the daily close-out procedure in the Property Management System (PMS). * Prepare and distribute closing reports to various departments and management. ✨ **Guest Experience** * Handle late check-ins and early check-outs. * Respond to inquiries, requests, and incidents during the night, ensuring a calm and personalized experience. * Manage reservations, phone calls, and emails. * Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift. What Are We Looking For? * Prior experience in hotel front office or customer service. * Previous experience in night auditing and familiarity with hotel PMS systems is highly desirable. * English proficiency sufficient for fluent communication with international guests. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. * A responsible, solution-oriented, and service-driven individual.
