Here you will find a dynamic, young, and highly results-oriented work environment. Our client is a Spanish energy company specializing in the supply of electricity and gas in Spain. Founded in 2016, the company operates in both electricity and gas markets. **What will you do in the ATR/Switching team?** We are looking for a technician with at least one year of experience in managing ATR and switching processes, who wishes to further develop within a dynamic environment featuring automated and continuously evolving processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Processing and tracking ATR files (new connections, disconnections, contractual modifications, power/tariff changes). * Managing switching processes (supplier changes) for electricity and gas. * Daily communication with distribution companies. * Resolving technical and administrative incidents arising during contract management. * Verifying data and updating internal systems (CRM, ERP). * Ensuring document quality control and supporting operational process improvements. **Candidate Requirements:** * Education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle, University Degree, or equivalent. * Minimum one year of experience in a role related to ATR, switching, or back-office operations at an energy supplier. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of the Spanish energy market (electricity and gas). * Proficient use of Excel and document management tools. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with distributor platforms (i\-DE, e\-distribución, UFD, Nedgia, Redexis, etc.). * Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs for customer or internal process management. * Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Jira, etc.). **What We Offer:** * Immediate hiring. * Join a dynamic team and a rapidly expanding project. * Hybrid working model. * Gain a 360-degree view of the company and engage across numerous processes and departments. * Competitive salary based on qualifications.
