Manresa (08243\). **What will be your mission?** Your primary objective will be to connect customers with real solutions. You will not only sell devices but also advise and link people with the technology they need. **Main Responsibilities:** * Personalized advisory: Listen to the customer to offer the best solution for purchasing equipment (mobile phones, internet, tablets, computers and accessories, etc.) and electricity or gas services, achieving optimal savings while always adapting to the user's needs. * Sales closing: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. * Additional services: Promote the sale of complementary services (insurance, financing, warranty extensions, configurations). * Store management: Maintain order, cleanliness, and visual appeal of the display (visual merchandising). * Stock control: Assist with inventory, goods receipt, and product restocking. **Who are we looking for?** Experience: Prior experience working as a commercial advisor will be valued. Interpersonal skills: Office software knowledge. Communication ability—you must be highly persuasive, empathetic, and capable of teamwork. Responsibility and punctuality. Results orientation: Drive for excellence, proactivity, competitiveness, and ambition. A motivated individual who thrives on challenges, commercial objectives, and commissions.
