Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional for comprehensive maintenance of air conditioning systems, including cooling and refrigeration, with responsibilities covering both preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into the technical team for facility maintenance 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment 3. Effective resolution of incidents We seek a candidate with experience in air conditioning system maintenance, particularly in cooling and refrigeration. The selected individual will join our technical team to perform full maintenance of facilities across various buildings located in Madrid. Main responsibilities include carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment, executing established maintenance plans, and effectively resolving any incidents that may arise. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning, along with a professional certification and a refrigerant handling license, will be highly valued. A stable position with an indefinite-term contract is offered. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00.
