Job stability. **Description:** ---------------- **Job Description** We are looking to hire an **Advanced Maintenance Technician** with strong technical knowledge to guarantee the proper functioning of the facility’s installations, ensuring operational continuity, safety, and comfort for both customers and internal staff. The selected candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of various technical installations, actively participating in fault detection and resolution, as well as optimizing overall system performance. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical installations. * Repair, adjust, and maintain water pumps. * Diagnose and intervene on three-way valves and hydraulic systems. * Maintain industrial refrigeration and air conditioning installations. * Operate, maintain, and monitor boilers and thermal systems. * Detect, analyze, and resolve technical faults. * Record interventions and track incidents. * Collaborate with other departments to minimize operational incidents. * Comply with established safety regulations and technical protocols. **Requirements:** --------------- **✅ Requirements** * Technical training in maintenance, electromechanics, refrigeration, air conditioning, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of electromechanics. * Demonstrable experience in: * Pump repair. * Hydraulic systems and three-way valves. * Refrigeration and air conditioning systems. * Boilers and hot water production. * Diagnostic and problem-solving capability. * Autonomous, responsible, and proactive individual. * Experience in the hospitality sector or large-scale facilities is desirable. * Availability to work shifts and during peak season. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Refrigeration technician license / fluorinated gas handling certification. * Certifications or courses in boiler maintenance. * Certifications or courses in boiler maintenance. * Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or tourist complexes. * Teamwork and pressure-handling capability. **We Offer** * Joining a solid and growing company. * Positive work environment. * Job stability. * Competitive conditions based on experience and merit. * Opportunities for professional development and internal growth.
