We are seeking an ***Administrative Procurement Technician*** whose ***mission*** is to execute assigned operational processes to fulfill commitments made to the client.

**What will be your responsibilities?**
* Enter all sales and purchase order information into the system; manage documentation both physically and electronically; and perform related support tasks.
* Maintain up-to-date management information or control databases, in accordance with established processes.
* Carry out processes for requesting international trade licenses for dual-use materials, following established procedures.
* Carry out processes for requesting and managing customs formalities, in accordance with established procedures.
* Place orders with suppliers and propose improvements regarding pricing and/or delivery terms.
* Renegotiate delivery terms with suppliers to meet customer requirements.
* Monitor supplier orders to ensure timely delivery and track any deviations to inform the customer.
* Identify and report significant deviations that fail to meet customer requirements to the designated responsible person.
* Comply with established customer service quality criteria and project-specific quality requirements.
* Manage incidents, complaints, claims, and support the resolution of discrepancies.
* Issue, approve, monitor, and control invoicing and credit notes (as applicable).
* Manage and monitor received and delivered materials.
* Maintain relationships with regular suppliers and/or customers relevant to your role.

***What are we looking for in you?***
QUALIFICATIONS:
* University degree, preferably technical — e.g., engineering or similar.
* Candidates with other degrees — e.g., International Trade, Business Administration (ADE), or similar — will also be considered, provided they have prior experience in technical procurement.
EXPERIENCE:
* 3–5 years of prior professional experience, preferably in procurement and/or logistics within the aerospace or defense sector.
KNOWLEDGE:
* Languages: Advanced English (C1\).
* Intermediate-to-advanced ERP system proficiency.
* Advanced Excel.
* Knowledge of quality and environmental standards: UNE\-EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and standards 9120/9110\.
* Desirable: Intermediate-to-advanced French (B2\).
* Desirable: Aerospace sector experience.
