Job Summary: This role focuses on order management, digital catalog maintenance, and buyer support, performing various administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. This role will carry out, under the guidance of the buying pool manager, tasks related to order entry into the system and digital catalog maintenance, among others. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Enter orders into the system, including item setup and automatic replenishments. * Send orders to suppliers and to the Product Development department, as well as implement necessary modifications. * Validate different PVPs (Recommended Retail Prices) with buyers. * Prepare files for item coding, physical label requests, or supplier EAN association. * Prepare distribution plans and inform suppliers about box allocations. * Extract and link images for internal catalog creation. * Manage purchasing email, provide store assistance, and process customer orders. * Adapt orders containing mixed supplier boxes in the system to enable logistics to receive them. * Create intranet entries so other departments can access information, upload documentation, or perform required distributions. * Support buyers (photography, sample collection, listings). * Create and index orders in the document management system. **What are we looking for?** * Higher vocational education degree, preferably specialized in Administration. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Graphic design and layout software skills are a plus. * English level B2\. **What can we offer you?** * Annual performance-based bonus. * Flexible working hours. * Flexible compensation (health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, etc.). * Employee discount. * Personalized development plan and international career path within JD Group. * Extensive training catalog covering both hard and soft skills. * On-site sports facilities. **About the Group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and since then have grown into the destination for those passionate about sport and sportswear.
