




Job Description: **MISSION:** Optimize Home Direct pricing. Support the team in optimizing pricing for the existing portfolio and new business. Provide actuarial technical support by supplying the necessary actuarial, technical, and KPI monitoring hypotheses—related to profitability and risk—for calculating the value of new business, portfolio, and data quality, in accordance with local and Group actuarial objectives and regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop pricing for new business and renewals (new business rates, renewal rates, elasticity models, optimization models) * Conduct market technical studies and assess new internal and external variables suitable for incorporation into pricing sophistication efforts. * Carry out actuarial technical studies, analyses, and indicator assessments, proposing corrective measures for the lines of business under their scope. * Build and maintain tariff tracking models and customer profiling models to ensure tariff consistency and adequacy, aligned with business profitability and growth objectives. * Parameterize and maintain management and modeling systems using Python, R, SAS, etc. **PROFILE:** * Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. * Minimum 6 years’ experience managing non-life lines of business and holding actuarial roles related to pricing. * Technical, financial and accounting knowledge of non-life products (with focus on Home), as well as understanding and interpretation of deterministic and stochastic profitability indicators. * Proficiency in Python tools is essential. * Advanced skills in Office applications and pricing tools. * Operational level of English. * Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities. * Technical credibility. * Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other departments across the Company. * Proactive, responsible, and committed individual. **Why join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of AXA’s most relevant Talent Centers, with over 3,000 employees working on local and international projects.
