Senior technical staff for occupational risk prevention (hybrid, with two in-person days at the office in Manlleu or Barcelona)
\- Identification, assessment and monitoring of occupational risks, and definition of appropriate preventive measures \- Coordination with external prevention services (SPA), mutual insurance companies, and other involved parties \- Participation in the Safety and Health Committee and follow-up of agreed actions \- Investigation of accidents and incidents, and proposal of corrective actions \- Promotion of occupational well-being initiatives and psychosocial risk management \- Design and delivery of PRL training tailored to teams \- Coordination of emergency plans and drills \- Ensuring management and updating of preventive documentation \- Leadership of the quality and environmental management system (ISO) and collaboration with teams \- Participation in audits and management of non-conformities \- Monitoring of safety, quality and sustainability indicators \- Preparation and review of procedures and technical documentation \- Collaboration with internal teams and promotion of safe and sustainable working environments
* Minimum 3 years’ experience. \- Minimum 3 years’ experience performing the following tasks: • Occupational risk assessment and management (including psychosocial and ergonomic risks) • Coordination with external prevention services (SPA) and mutual insurance companies • Implementation and monitoring of safety and emergency plans • Participation in management system audits (quality and/or environment) • Experience in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments \- Experience leading or managing ISO systems (9001 and/or 14001) is desirable \- Experience in process definition, procedures and continuous improvement is desirable
* Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or related field. Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention (\- three specializations\-)

* Additional relevant information: Working hours Monday to Thursday, flexible start time between 7\.30 and 9 a.m., and flexible end time between 4\.30 and 6 p.m.; Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
