It is a multidisciplinary team designed to best adapt to our clients’ needs. As a **Senior \- AI Technology Risk**, you will participate in strategic projects involving the review and audit of AI governance models, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. You will also contribute to defining improvement actions and provide ongoing advisory to major clients to support the deployment of Responsible AI. You will work closely with Technology Directors, Chief Data Officers, Chief AI Officers, Innovation and Business Leaders, etc., ensuring effective management of risks associated with AI usage. We are looking for a visionary professional who drives innovation and builds strong relationships in a dynamic environment. Your key **responsibilities** will include: * Defining, establishing, and reviewing AI governance models aligned with organizational strategies and business objectives. * Developing and overseeing organizational and operational models for the AI function, ensuring effective integration into the enterprise structure and alignment with industry best practices. * Validating existing AI-related controls by assessing their design, implementation, and effectiveness. * Performing automated testing using computer-assisted audit techniques (CAAT) and tools such as ACL, IDEA, Alteryx, among others, to verify functionality, calculations, integrity, and consistency of AI-related business processes. * Providing improvement recommendations based on findings, advising clients on how to address weaknesses and enhance their technological and AI control frameworks. * Ensuring regulatory compliance with the EU AI Act and other applicable regulations, acting as the primary contact for AI-related regulatory matters. * Reviewing analytical AI models that use both traditional and generative techniques to drive organizational innovation. * Advising on international standards such as ISO 42001, NIST RMF, and other relevant frameworks, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of AI management. **What profile are we looking for?** **Requirements**: * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. * At least 3 years of experience in artificial intelligence, AI risk management, or AI model auditing. * Experience in defining AI governance policies and models. * Competency profile: Team-oriented, extroverted individual with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
