Your main **responsibilities** will include: * Leading the definition, establishment, and review of AI governance models aligned with organizational strategies and business objectives. * Developing and overseeing organizational and operational models for the AI function, ensuring their effective integration into the corporate structure and alignment with industry best practices. * Validating existing AI-related controls by assessing the design, implementation, and effectiveness of established controls. * Performing automated testing using computer-assisted audit techniques (CAAT) and software tools such as ACL, IDEA, Alteryx, among others, to verify the operation, calculations, integrity, and consistency of AI-related business processes. * Providing improvement recommendations based on findings, advising clients on how to address weaknesses and enhance their technological and AI control frameworks. * Ensuring regulatory compliance with the EU AI Act and other applicable regulations, acting as the point of contact for AI-related regulatory matters. * Reviewing analytical AI models that use both traditional and generative techniques to drive innovation within the organization. * Advising on international standards such as ISO 42001, NIST RMF, and other relevant frameworks, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of AI governance. **What profile are we looking for?** **Requirements**: * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. * At least 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, AI risk management, or AI model auditing. * Experience in defining AI governance policies and models. * Competency profile: team-oriented, extroverted individual with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
