It is a multidisciplinary team aimed at best adapting to our clients’ needs. As such, it includes professionals from internal and external audit, business advisory, financial or IT risk, and consulting, all focused on responding to clients quickly, effectively, and tailored to their requirements. As a **Manager \- AI Technology Risk**, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects for the review and audit of governance models, internal controls, and regulatory compliance related to AI. Additionally, you will participate in defining improvement actions and providing ongoing advice to major clients to support the deployment of Responsible AI. You will work closely with Technology Directors, Chief Data Officers, Chief AI Officers, Innovation and Business Leaders, etc., ensuring effective management of risks associated with AI usage. Your key **responsibilities** include: * Leading the definition, establishment, and review of AI governance models aligned with organizational strategies and business objectives. * Developing and overseeing organizational and operational models for the AI function, ensuring their effective integration into the corporate structure and alignment with industry best practices. * Validating existing AI-related controls by assessing the design, implementation, and effectiveness of established controls. * Conducting automated testing using computer-assisted audit techniques (CAAT) and software tools such as ACL, IDEA, Alteryx, among others, to verify the operation, calculations, integrity, and consistency of AI-related business processes. * Providing improvement recommendations based on findings, advising clients on how to address weaknesses and strengthen their technological and AI platform controls. * Ensuring regulatory compliance with the EU AI Act and other applicable regulations, acting as the primary contact for AI-related regulatory matters. * Reviewing analytical AI models using both traditional and generative techniques to drive organizational innovation. * Advising on international standards such as ISO 42001, NIST RMF, and other relevant frameworks, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of AI governance. **What profile are we looking for?** **Requirements**: * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. * At least 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, AI risk management, or AI model auditing. * Experience in defining AI governance policies and models. * Competency profile: Team-oriented, extroverted individual with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
