Your mission will be to plan and oversee the maintenance department, ensuring synergies between sites and the efficiency and reliability of equipment and facilities, while promoting the principles of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maximum equipment availability: Reduce breakdowns and increase equipment uptime through effective preventive and corrective maintenance. * Promote TPM: Integrate and maintain TPM principles across the organization, driving participation from all departments to ensure continuous and high-quality production. This means consolidating a standardized work system across all sites through the use of management software, ensuring its implementation, training, and utilization. * Manage costs of key cross-site supplies: Minimize costs related to centralized maintenance supplies without compromising quality or operational safety. * Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. Conduct audits, inspections, and controls established by the company on infrastructure and equipment. * Ensure collaboration among maintenance teams across all Stolt Sea Farm work sites. * Lead, train, and motivate your team to improve performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement. **Tasks:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities in collaboration with site managers to ensure synergies between sites. * Develop and supervise, together with site managers, the annual predictive and preventive maintenance plan based on TPM principles. Perform proper diagnosis of the current situation, define objectives and implementation schedule for each work site. * Monitor and analyze key maintenance and supply indicators (KPIs). * Supervise, together with site managers, the correct implementation of safety procedures and compliance with current regulations related to equipment and facilities. * Supervise, together with site managers, spare parts inventory management, ensuring timely availability of necessary materials. * Promote the 5S methodology with site managers to maintain an organized and efficient environment. Establish workshop standards and a control and inventory system for tools and equipment. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. * Additional training in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing, and/or Predictive Maintenance is highly desirable. * Ability to communicate in English. * At least 5 years of experience managing industrial maintenance in multidisciplinary teams. * Previous experience of at least 5 years implementing TPM strategies in industrial plants is valued. * Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Industrial safety and regulatory compliance certifications will be valued (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001). * Knowledge of PLC controls, frequency converters, and sensor systems.
