The internship will take place within a **technological innovation area**, focused on AI applications for customer information comprehension. The team works on developing solutions that interpret text, images, and other data formats using advanced AI models to improve automation and decision-making. **Training Objectives** This program will enable interns to develop competencies in applied artificial intelligence: * **Computer Vision:** Understand how images are classified using advanced models. * **Natural Language Processing:** Learn how to analyze and classify customer texts using embeddings and LLMs. * **Model Optimization:** Develop skills in prompt and classification model improvement. * **Technology Exploration:** Familiarize yourself with various AI models and approaches. * **Data Analysis:** Interpret results and improve model accuracy. **Mentoring and Follow-up** The intern will be assigned a specialized mentor who will: * Define a tailored training plan aligned with the intern’s profile. * Support the development of models and analyses. * Conduct continuous progress monitoring. * Provide periodic feedback to strengthen competency development. **Candidate Profile** **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Competencies and skills:** * Interest in artificial intelligence and computer vision. * Analytical ability and structured thinking. * Initiative and proactivity. * Capacity for continuous learning. **Languages:** * English level B1\. **Preferred qualifications (positively valued):** * Python programming. * Knowledge of LLMs and prompting techniques. * Interest in computer vision (YOLO or other models). * Experience in data analysis (Excel or other tools).
