At **Nascor Formación**, the training division of OCA Global, we're looking for someone like you: passionate about recruitment and eager to grow within the training sector. #### **Your mission in this project** As a **Training and Selection Technician**, you will be a key member of the Public Sector team. Your daily work will directly ensure our programs reach the most suitable candidates, enhancing candidate experience and guaranteeing the success of each recruitment process. * **You will lead selection processes** from start to finish: from defining job profiles to onboarding. * **You will search and attract talent** through LinkedIn, InfoJobs, and other job portals. * **You will coordinate interviews** and follow up with candidates, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. * **You will update our talent databases**, optimizing information for future hiring needs. * **You will monitor selected candidates**, ensuring their smooth integration and proactively addressing any potential issues. * **You will adapt job offers** to the specific requirements of each program or client, ensuring clear and compelling communication. #### **What we'd like to see in your profile?** * **University degree** in Education, Psychology, Labor Relations, Sociology, or related fields. * **At least 6 months of experience** in recruitment and/or training, either in staffing agencies, consulting, or HR departments (experience in the public sector or vocational training is especially valued). * **Proficiency in digital tools** (Excel, Word, job platforms).
