Over our 15+ years of experience, we have delivered more than 1,000 national and international projects—requiring multidisciplinary teams, continuous innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across all domains. We carry out design and structural calculations for projects, supported by our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our work includes proprietary projects and technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are currently seeking a **Studies Technician** to work on projects with one of our clients in **Madrid.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of economic proposals (costs, subcontracting). * Development of technical proposals (reports, scheduling). * Project analysis (drawings, specifications). * Cost item analysis: Demolitions, structure, architecture, urban development. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a leading engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career at a top-tier company in the engineering sector, we look forward to hearing from you!** **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Technical education: Technical Engineer / Technical Architect / Industrial Engineer / Civil Engineer. * +3 years of experience in construction estimating offices / technical departments. * Practical experience in estimating (not solely site-based work). * Experience in non-residential / industrial building projects. * Ability to perform combined economic and technical analysis. * Knowledge of quantity surveying, budgeting, tendering, and construction processes (building + civil works). * Experience preparing quantities and budgets using Presto. * Ability to analyze projects and drawings. * Experience in tenders or studies for construction companies / EPC contractors. * Minimum B2 level English. * Proficiency in: Presto, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel. * Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, and Cype is desirable.
