Summary: We are seeking a Gardening Services Technician / Team Leader to plan, organize, and supervise technical executions, manage teams, and prepare reports. Highlights: 1. Budget preparation and management of public tenders Company located in Vilafranca seeks a Gardening Services Technician / Team Leader. Requirements include a university degree in agriculture, forestry and/or environmental fields, at least 2 years’ prior experience in a similar position, a valid driver’s license, and personal vehicle. An indefinite-term contract is offered with a gross monthly salary of EUR 1876. Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Carrying out tasks related to planning and organizing the technical execution of services, allocating corresponding human and material resources. Supervising the assigned team during task execution. Preparing technical and operational reports on service execution and team performance. Recording incidents. Preparing budgets for complex works, annual maintenance, and economic proposals for public tenders. Reviewing and approving basic budgets or ad-hoc intervention budgets prepared by section heads. Knowledge, application, and monitoring of technical specifications outlined in public tender documents. Drafting tenders, competitions, and related documents. Client liaison. * 2 years’ experience.
